Passion Vanilla Cake : This cake is frosted with our special vegan buttercream frosting. Lovely, light and fruity; the cake is delicate and pale yellow in color with frosting the color of fine china.

Classic Carrot Cake: Moist and rich, studded with raisins, nuts, and flavored with a hint of spice. It's frosted with traditional cream cheese frosting (non-dairy, of course!)

Chocolate Fantasy: Rich, dark chocolate cake, paired with either a Raspberry or Chocolate Mousse filling and finished with our vegan creamy chocolate ganache frosting. A chocolate lovers delight!

Bohemia Strudel Factory featured at Stephanie's Bakery

Known locally as "San Diego’s finest strudel". True comfort food. It comes in nine delicious flavors!

Our Traditionals: Apple, Prune Poppy Seed, Apricot with Marzipan.

Our Favorites: Cherry Cream Cheese (non-dairy) and Black Forest, rich dark chocolate, layered with cherries and cream cheese (also non-dairy).

Our Seasonals: Old fashioned pumpkin pie recipe tucked into a strudel. A fall favorite!

Our Savories: Spinach Herb and Savory Mushroom. We call these our all purpose strudel. Wonderful for breakfast, snack, lunch or a supper with a salad. Great brunch and party food, too!
